Oh, did I find a Goddess,
And did I hold her tight?
Oh, do I love her, doubtless,
And does she shine so bright?

Most’d say those questions mean nothing,
Because the answer is certainly yes;
But not even words meant for kings
Can describe this wonderful Goddess.

So the answer be no,
For all words are naught.
This Goddess can’t know,
The love that she sought?

But why, and for what is this love untold?
First ask wherefore the words to portray it?
This love is more true that truth, and endlessly bold,
And words won’t speak such truth no matter the wit.

The wit in which they are arranged,
As they come from the lips or a pen;
Will not see this love exchanged.
For it eludes reality again and again.

This love is omnipresent and omnipotent,
And we shall share it beyond the span of forever.
This poem is to describe our love’s true intent,
But words shall make sense of this, never.

Know it now, what our love is.
We shall feel it always and forever;
This poem is to explain that to you,
But still, none can understand it, but us.
